You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the email or contacting us. Administrative and service-related emails are not promotional and may continue while you have an active relationship with us.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Service Providers

We may provide information to vendors that help us with:

Website hosting and analytics;

Email, SMS, telephone, or chat communications;

Customer and route management;

Cloud storage;

Billing and payment processing;

Accounting and recordkeeping;

Background checks, when legally permitted;

These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

B. Personnel and Contractors

We may provide personnel and contractors with the service address, schedule, bin information, access instructions, gate code, property warnings, and other information reasonably needed to perform assigned work.

C. Property and Account Representatives

If service is purchased or managed by a property manager, HOA, Realtor, investor, vacation-rental manager, employer, or other authorized representative, we may provide that representative with service status, photographs, billing information, and records concerning the properties under that representative’s account.

D. Legal, Safety, and Business Purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Comply with a law, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request;

Protect the rights, safety, and property of Win City Bins, our customers, personnel, contractors, or others;

Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, threats, or unlawful activity;

Submit or defend an insurance or legal claim; or

Facilitate a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

5. Sale of Personal Information

Win City Bins does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Nevada residents may nevertheless submit a verified request directing us not to make a future “sale” of covered information, as that term is defined by Nevada law, by emailing support@wincitybins.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Request.”

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and identify the applicable records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

6. Online Tracking and Third-Party Collection

Vendors that provide website hosting, analytics, communications, embedded media, or other website functionality may collect information about interactions with the site.

We do not presently use information collected through the site to knowingly track an identified consumer’s activity across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. If our practices change materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any legally required notice or choice mechanism.

Because browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a uniform industry standard, the website may not respond to all such signals. We will honor legally required browser-based opt-out preference signals if and when they apply to our processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:

Provide and document service;

Maintain business, tax, accounting, and transaction records;

Administer customer relationships;

Preserve evidence concerning service performance, access, damage, or disputes;

Meet insurance, legal, and regulatory obligations;

Protect safety and prevent fraud; and

Establish or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary by record type. Gate codes and similar access information should be deleted or disabled when no longer required for service, subject to limited backup, security, or legal-retention needs. Driver applications may be retained for future opportunities and legally required recordkeeping unless deletion is requested and no exception applies.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. These measures may include access restrictions, personnel controls, secure hosting, authentication, vendor management, and limited disclosure of property-access information.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should promptly notify us if a gate code changes, an access credential is compromised, or they suspect unauthorized access involving our services.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;

Provide information about the categories of information we maintain;

Review or correct inaccurate contact, property, or service information;

Delete information that is no longer required, subject to legal and operational exceptions;

Opt out of promotional email or text messages; or

Opt out of any future sale of covered information as described above.

Submit a request to support@wincitybins.com and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity, authority over the property or account, and the information to which the request relates.

We may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide requested service, detect security incidents, exercise legal rights, comply with law, maintain required records, or fulfill another purpose permitted by applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and business representatives. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to or interact with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information directly to a third party.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version on our website and change the effective date above.

If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
